Who we are

Data we collect

This site has no sign-up or accounts and uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The data we hold is what you share when you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, phone number, project details (for example measurements, photos of the space, date, guest count, venue, interests, or your child's approximate age) and, if there is a contract, the data needed to invoice and coordinate. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to operate the site.

The quote request on this site

The site has a step-by-step request. What you type there stays in your browser: when you finish, the site builds a message and opens WhatsApp on your device for you to send. The site does not store that information or send it to any server. We only ask for your name (the adult contacting us), your WhatsApp number and the project details; we do not ask for any child's name or exact age, or for photos. If we later store requests, we will update this policy.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare your quote based on your requirements, design and deliver your project, invoice, comply with the law, and protect our business. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

Only with the people and companies we need to deliver your project, and only the data needed for that, under confidentiality where appropriate. We also use services to operate: WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, Instagram (Meta), and Cloudflare, the site's hosting and security provider. Each has its own privacy policy. We may also share data if required by law.

WhatsApp messages

By messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree that we may reply to you there about your inquiry. We will not send promotions or marketing messages without your express permission. You may ask us to stop at any time by sending "STOP" and we will do so promptly.

Children

This site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Information about your child (such as approximate age or interests) comes from you, as parent or guardian, and is used only to design the project. If you believe a child sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Photos

We never publish photos of your home, your event, or your children without your written permission. You may withdraw that permission for future posts by contacting us.

How long we keep data

As long as needed to handle your inquiry or project and to meet legal, accounting and warranty obligations. Then we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet method is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may ask us on WhatsApp or Instagram to access, correct or delete your data and to stop contacting you. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with its date.
