The information on this site is for guidance only and is not an offer or a commitment on price, availability or dates. Packages, services, timelines and availability are confirmed in writing in each quote, which is prepared according to the client's requirements.

Images marked "Concept illustration" are original reference illustrations, not photos of finished projects. Actual results depend on the space, materials, measurements and what is agreed in the proposal. Real photos are labeled as such and published with permission.

Quotes and agreements

A conversation on WhatsApp, Instagram or any other channel, or sending the request on this site, is not a contract. The pieces you select in the request are a preference, not a reservation. Each project is confirmed with a written proposal and agreement signed by both parties stating scope, dates, and payment and cancellation terms. Nothing is bought or built without your approval.

Brands and characters

We design original themes, with no logos or characters. Dreams by DRS is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any brand or character owner. Third-party names and characters belong to their owners.

Intellectual property

The text, logo, designs and illustrations on this site belong to DREAMS BY DRS LLC or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

Safe use of furniture and structures

Children's furniture, bunks, lofts and structures must be used according to the age, weight and instructions stated in the agreement and with adult supervision.

This site links to WhatsApp and Instagram, which have their own terms and policies. We do not control those services.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for errors or omissions in the site content or for decisions based solely on it. This does not limit what is agreed in writing in a service contract.
